COLORS
We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped with PostNL or DHLexpress. You can expect your order to arrive:

EU - within 7 working days
International - within 14 working days

We send all our products as packages, wich makes it possible to track them in case of problems. During shipment the package is insured and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to your carrier and ask for damage report.
Please make photos of the damages on the print and the package. Report damages as soon as possbile! 

TRACK YOUR ORDER
After shipping you will receive a e-mail including a track & trace code. Visit internationalparceltracking.com or PostNL or DHLexpress and fill the code to track your order. 

TAXES AND DUTY
If you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. From this point it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs. 

PAYMENT
You can pay with iDeal, PayPal or credit card.

RETURNS
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal according from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

You mus email your return reason to us at rowansterenberg@gmail.com. In your email, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the products to which the return applies must be clear.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal you are responsible for return shipping and delivery as well as the condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be shipped well packaged and in original packaging. The item should be returned within 30 days from the date you notified Rowan Sterenberg that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum for the return cost, which is the same as the shipping cost you paid when ordering. On the refund amount, we also reserve the right to deduct the corresponding reduction in value compared to the original value of the product when the product is used or damaged.
